Lyrics For Video
Here are the lyrics for the song I have chosen. The song is "Fire" by Kasabian and from looking at the lyrics I feel I will be able to base the narrative parts of my video around the lyrics and the obvious theme of fire that will be very prominent in my video as well. I really would like my visuals to go parrel with the lyrics so will strive for this and I will use the lyrics "I'm on fire" to transition between the performance and narrative elements.
Mind Map
Here is the mind map I made to put some of my ideas down in writing. By doing this it has helped me see what I would like to do in my video and the basic plot I have outlined in it. I have also gone over some of the cinematography and editing I will be using for my video which will help me when filling in the pre-production paperwork.

Here is my mood board I made with all the different visual ideas I have and also all the different things, props and locations I will be using for my video. In addition, I feel this will help me when creating my storyboards I will have some pictures to help me draw from.
Their Music Video
Here is the music video that the band used for the song, it was directed by wiz and was shot in a small town outside Cape Town, South Africa. The theme of this video is very western and follows the band as they rob a bank with guns and guitars I feel I will be able to make my video different to this as I won't be using a western theme it will be more modern and in addition, the storyline follows a man running away which is very different to this video. However, I will also mix performance and narrative kinda like this video though.

I have chosen this song as I feel it will fit very well with a fast-paced full-on video it will also allow me to be very creative in what I do as well as being able to follow the songs lyrics to use as some basic narrative that I will mix with the performance elements. In addition due to the main lyrics of this song being about fire, I will be able to experiment with some fire and make a really intense video which I like as it will keep an audience interested and engaged. In addition, this song is a decent length for a music video so I will be able to pack a good amount of cinematography in the video as well as some funky editing which will help me achieve the goals of the project.
Kasabian is an English rock/indie-rock band that started off in Leicester back in 1997. The band is formed of Tom Meigan, Sergio Pizzorno, Chris Edwards and Ian Mathews they are signed to the Columbia Sony label. They have released six studio albums as well as headlining Glastonbury in 2014. They have won many awards such as a Brit award, a song of the year award (for the song I'm using for my music video) and a best live band award. I feel this band would appeal to a middle-age to young adults due to the time the band came out and the more rocky music they produce I feel they would interest a more male audience who are interested in a mix between rock and pop.

Here are the storyboards I made in order to show off my eight scenes, the basics of how they will be formed and set up as well as the types of shots I will be using and obviously the order that the storyline will unravel. These will be very useful when filming and editing the video as I will have a clear guide of the order of everything and how I need to shoot everythbing.

Here are the three-shot lists I have made to help when filming my video and keeping it organised. I have got each shot I would like involved written along with locations and everything I will need to know about the shot this will help me get the video done in a quick organised maner and also done to a profestional level.
Production Schedule
Here are my three production schedules I have put together to ensure eveything runs as smoothly as possible when filming and so I know how much time to allocate to filming each shot as well as what I will require to get the shot how I have planned. This will help keep the production organized and efficient.

Here are my two location scouting sheets I did to make sure my locations are safe and will fit with the genre of my video as well as making sure I know everything I need to know about the chosen locations. My two locations will be one of my dad's fields around the back of our house and another one of the fields close to this all within 5 minutes of each other.
Risk Assessments
Here are the risk assessments I filled out to ensure there was safety involved in my video and to make sure I can borrow the required equipment. These help underline the main risk of the project and how to overcome them.
Post Production Plan
My plan for the post-production of my music video is as follows. I would like the video to be quite fast-paced with lots of quick, sharp, smooth cuts as well as a few jump cuts in there I am doing this as I feel it gives of a very profestional look for a performance/narrative video, such as this one, and will fit very well. Furthermore, I would like to experement with lots of new transitions both visual and audio for the making of this video and due to the visuals beginning before the audio I feel I will be able to achive this. To add on I would like my video to be around four and a half minutes long in which I will use a number of new techniques I have lerant, including making the footage have a film look as I feel this looks really cool and professional. I will also use some warp stabalizer on any unsteady footage to make sure everything looks as well put together and profestioanl as possible. Lastly, I think I will end the video with quite a fast cut to black as I feel this fits the type of music very well.
Equipment I Will Be Using
Here is all the equipment I will be using for my music video all the gear is my own which has really helped me with filming the video as I have the freedom to film it when ever I need to. I am using a slider, a fluid head and non fluid head tripod, a steady cam, a zoom lens and a wide angle lens, a rode microphone with my canon 250d camera and lastly I will be using my DJI Inspire drone to get some cool cinematic as well.

Here are the two locations I have chosen to film in for my music video they will be all around where I live one location being my back garden and also a field next to our house I have picked these locations as I feel they give off the right vibe for my video if I film with them correclty how I have planned.
Notes
Here are some of the first few notes I came up with for what I could include in my video and even the two songs I was choosing between these notes helped me pull all my ideas together in one place ready for pre-production and I have since choosen from the list the song "Fire" by Kasabaian as well as using some of the theme ideas in the list that you will see in the finished music video I am making
Audience Profile
Here is the typical kind off person I am targeting my music video towards, I have decided this from the type of song and the theme that I am involving in it. By doing this it will help me if I was to try and get this video out there as I would know what my audience is.
